We have visited all the hotels that we write about below. This is not an advertisement, this is just our ranking of hotels that we liked or disliked. You can agree or not with us. In any case, we are sharing our experience in 2021 about hotels. Not many of the hotels survived the pandemic. Therefore, read and see the photos in our articles. Perhaps this article will be helpful to you.

#1 hotel
Phuket Mariot Resort. Merlin beach.
You can see this name in 4 hotels in Phuket, but do not confuse, we are writing about a hotel on the beaches of Merlin 🧙♂️.
The hotel is very comfortable, the atmosphere and decor of all rooms, without exception, is great and there’s a variety of services for children and adults.
5 main reasons to choose this hotel for families with children:
> Several types of pools for children of different ages;
> slide and poufs in the pools;
> kids club with babysitters that allows parents to take care of themselves;
> excellent cuisine and restaurant;
> entertainment for children in the evening, programs and animators.

PULMAN PHUKET PANWA BEACH
Great hotel that is perfect for lovers and families with children.
Hotel Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort combines traditional Thai architecture and modern technology for a relaxing holiday with a cozy home atmosphere.
5 main reasons to choose this hotel for families with children:
>very calm and quiet hotel and the place itself is calm, located on PANWA, beach without waves, but there is low tide;
> children’s room from 10: 00-17: 00
> romantic restaurant;
> good pools for children in different parts of the hotel;
> Breakfasts are not bad, there are a lot of different pastries, delicious and fresh.
> Plenty of fruits.

Thavorn beach village resort spa Phuket
BEAUTIFUL and quiet HOTEL
We have been here several times already. Beautiful area, a lot of trees, fountains are not large, statues and many flowers.
If you want to relax completely, it’s the place for you. The location is close to Pattong, but taxi 🚕 is expensive, it is better to rent a car. Birds sing there all the time which adds good impression. Some places have outdated furniture. 👍 Cleaning is good. The hotel gives two bottles of water a day.
The beach is a paradise for children, many places for photos. The tide is from about 8 a.m. and low tide is after 2 p.m. The water is clean, the underwater world is rich, but you need to swim beyond the low tide line. There is nowhere to eat within walking distance from the hotel, so it is better to rent a car and drive on your own. In front of the hotel, at the exit, in the morning and in the evening, you can watch 2-3 elephants.

Andamantra Resort and Villa Phuket (SHA Plus+)
Went there in July 2021, a large Phuket hotel and villas (SHAPlus +) with 3 outdoor pools in different building complexes. There is a pool with a slide on the ground floor. There is a playroom for children. Our room overlooked the Andaman Sea, Patong Beach and Kalim Beach.
The biggest plus of this hotel is the price of 800 baht per night.
Breakfast is not very good, but the view of the restaurant is very beautiful, breakfast is from 8-10 am. All rooms are air conditioned and have free Wi-Fi. Free public parking is available downstairs. Our room was with bath and balcony, flat screen TV with satellite channels, about 15 of them. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower. From the airport to the hotel 40 minutes, the hotel also has a sauna and steam bath.

Marina Phuket Hotel in Patong. The price is not expensive.
Visited this hotel at the end of May 2021
To Patong beach 4-5 minutes on foot. There is its own underground parking for cars and bikes. But for cars there is not very convenient check-in. Better to park your car on the street.
The restaurant and the outdoor pool are located on the last 13th or 14th floor, I don’t remember exactly. There is also a children’s pool. There is a fitness center on the 12th floor, but it’s small and old. We loved the bar lounge and pool bar. There are hours with a discount from 17-19:00 on all drinks 50%. The rooms usually have everything: a refrigerator and an electric kettle, and there are bathrobes and slippers. LCD TVs with cable channels are also included in the room.
